Students Win Global Perfect Score and USA Bronze Medal in Physics Finals

Two student-scientists from American Heritage Schools have secured top individual honors in highly competitive national and international physics arenas. Performing against thousands of peers globally, Pascal Crane-Kanervikkoaho and Kaiwei Wang demonstrated advanced computational and analytical mastery in the USA Physics Olympiad (USAPHO) and the international PhysicsBowl.

Top Regional and State Placements

The examinations evaluate students on rigorous collegiate concepts, including mechanical rotation, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, and relativity. Our scholars achieved remarkable benchmarks:

  • Pascal Crane-Kanervikkoaho — USA Physics Olympiad Bronze Medal: Pascal earned a Bronze Medal in the USAPHO, an elite standing that positions him in the top 3% of 6,682 premier physics students worldwide. He was one of only three students in the entire state of Florida to receive a medal, and he was the sole medalist from Palm Beach and Broward counties.

  • Kaiwei Wang — Perfect 100% Score in the Global Physics Bowl: Kaiwei delivered a flawless performance in the international Physics Bowl, earning a perfect score of 100%. Out of the tens of thousands of elite students who compete globally, Kaiwei was the only student in the state of Florida to achieve a perfect score.
