InterClub Council Raises $10,000 for Walk to Defeat ALS Fundraiser
In a display of solidarity and commitment to making a positive impact, the InterClub Council (ICC) recently organized and hosted the Walk to Defeat ALS on Saturday, November 4. The event drew an impressive turnout, with over 40 dedicated students rallying together to support and walk for the cause. Their collective efforts successfully raised almost $10,000 for the ALS association.
The enthusiastic participation and hard work of the students involved showcased their dedication to making a meaningful difference in the community. The funds raised will contribute to supporting those affected by Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and advancing research toward finding a cure for this challenging condition.
The ICC expressed immense pride in the students' efforts, highlighting their commitment to social causes and community well-being. American Heritage Schools’ team ranked 4th in the top fundraising teams and the only school in the top 5 teams. The success of this fundraising initiative not only underscores the generosity within the student body but also reinforces the positive impact that can be achieved through collective action.
