French Club Lends a Hand at the HERD Foundation’s Fall Festival
Our French Club and French Honor Society students recently took part in a special day of service and community engagement at the HERD Foundation’s Fall Festival in Delray Beach! They dedicated their time to supporting the HERD Foundation, a local nonprofit that uses equine-assisted learning to promote personal growth, resilience, and emotional well-being, especially among military veterans. This meaningful field trip offered students a chance to connect with the community while gaining hands-on experience in a non-competitive, supportive environment.
The students organized a fantastic bake sale to raise funds for the HERD Foundation, all while enjoying time working on the farm. Their hard work and enthusiasm showcased the dedication and community spirit of our French Club members, who were proud to represent American Heritage Schools.
We’re incredibly proud of our students for their commitment to service and for supporting the HERD Foundation’s mission to foster social bonds and resilience through therapeutic connections with horses. A big merci beaucoup to everyone who made this day possible!
