3 Critics' Choice and 36 Top Ratings Secured for Theater Troupe

The High School Thespian Troupe 6007 achieved exceptional results at the District Individual Events. The theatre students participated in 36 different pieces, earning top ratings and special distinctions that confirmed the strength of the school's performing arts program.
The troupe delivered a series of high-level performances, resulting in 22 Superior Ratings and 14 Excellent Ratings. Among these impressive scores, three pieces earned perfect scores from the judges. Furthermore, the troupe secured three Critics’ Choice distinctions, which are awarded to the very best performances in each category across the entire district.

The students dedicated countless hours to rehearsals, and their professionalism was evident in every category. These results solidified their standing as top competitors as they began preparations for the upcoming State Thespian Competition.
In addition to the group success, senior Jonathan Jacknow received individual recognition for his talent. After a competitive audition process, the Thespian Organization awarded him a Musical Theatre Scholarship. This honor recognized his skill and dedication to the craft throughout his high school career.
The Theatre Department is proud of all members of Troupe 6007 for their hard work and the support they provided one another during the event.
