●    Applications can be submitted online at the start of the Admissions process.

●    2022 Tax Return(s) will be required to complete this application.

●    All other supporting documentation requested by FACTS must be provided promptly to avoid delay in your AHS Tuition Grant assessment.

●    Incomplete applications with FACTS will not be considered for financial assistance.

●    Both legal parents and/or guardians must each apply and submit supporting documentation to FACTS including but not limited to a copy of the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage (if applicable) and/or the Parenting Plan Agreement including the Child Custody and Child Support documents showing parental responsibility is required.

●    Single parent applications without proper documentation will NOT be considered for financial assistance.

●    The AHS Tuition Grant cannot be guaranteed for new students as a limited amount of funds are available.

●   Decisions for new students will be made by the AHS Tuition Grant Committee.

●   Any financial assistance provided by the school is for tuition only.

FACTS takes into account all aspects of your current financial situation during the evaluation.

The required supporting documentation will be outlined at the beginning and end of the online application and is tailored specifically to what is entered on your application. Typically, FACTS requires your most recently filed 1040-tax form (or verification of non-filing status from the IRS), your most recent W-2 statements, your most recent pay stubs as well as documentation of the stated debt on your application. Other documentation may be required.

You upload your documentation directly to FACTS.

You may log back into the FACTS system and complete the application at any time.

Please call the FACTS helpline if you need to adjust your application, a FACTS representative will instruct you on how to revise the information.  Note: corresponding documentation may be required.

Because of changing circumstances for both parents and the school, financial aid is reviewed annually to determine if families qualify and to what extent.
