In June, all new and returning families will receive an email with information about our health records system, Magnus Health. We will provide instructions for accessing the system through the parent portal and how to upload your child’s required health records. All health forms must be submitted online; students MAY NOT begin school if these forms are not completed.

 

You will receive directions for ordering your books through our online bookstore. This mailing will include a list of classes your child will take when school starts. Lower School families will also receive a list of needed school supplies based on their child’s grade level. Upper School students will be informed of any necessary supplies by their individual teachers once school starts.

 

Please look out for our reminder that the school fees are due. This fee covers digital textbooks, content, and course materials; campus security; and PTO fees. For Upper School, this fee also includes in-class SAT and ACT prep, an SAT/ACT College Guidance Readiness Class, a PSAT test, and graduation fees for seniors.

In late July/early August you will receive access to our parent portal. The portal is your primary source of information during the school year. Not only will it provide you with constantly updated information and resources, but it also connects you to your child’s grades, classes, and weekly assignments. It is also vital that you connect to the parent portal in order to complete mandatory health forms.
