#1 School in Florida For The Highest Number of National Merit Scholars

 

American Heritage Schools proudly congratulates our Class of 2024, including 94 National Merit Semifinalists and 74 National Commended Scholars.

Once again, American Heritage Schools, Broward Campus, have ranked as the #1 school in Florida and #2 private school in the nation and the Palm Beach campus as #2 in Florida and #3 private school in the nation with the highest number of National Merit Scholars Semifinalists.  The students from both campuses comprise 10% of all semifinalists throughout the 2,227 public and private high schools in Florida.

A combined total of 94 seniors were named National Merit Semifinalists out of the 16,000 semifinalists in the 68th annual National Merit Scholarship Program. Additionally, 74 seniors received National Commended Scholar status. Furthermore, 107 seniors were recognized under the National Recognition Program, which recognized students who are African American, Hispanic, or Indigenous.
