Model UN Finishes Top 10 In The Nation With More Than 110 Awards
 
Our Model United Nations Team finished among the Top 10 Model UN programs in the nation for the 2021- 2022 school year after an impressive performance at all the main conferences, which included the Penn State Model UN Conference (PHUNC), the University of Virginia Model UN Conference (VAMUN), the Ivy League Model United Nations Conference (ILMUNC) sponsored by the University of Pennsylvania, the Model UN Conference hosted by Georgetown University in Washington, DC (NAIMUN), National High School Model UN Championship (NHSMUN), and the University of Miami Model UN (MICSUN). 
 
This year’s accomplishments include 2nd place overall among Large Delegations at ILMUNC against all the top schools, winning the Award of Distinction at NHSMUN for 3rd consecutive year (the top award at the “National Championship” of Model UN), and being the highest ranked team of all the 5 schools at NHSMUN to receive the Award of Distinction in 2021 and 2022.
 
This very talented group of students was able to compile more than 110 awards during their 2021 - 2022 season, including an Award of Distinction (for 3rd consecutive year), an Outstanding Large Delegation award, 2 Best Delegation awards, 33 Best Delegate awards, 25 Outstanding Delegate awards, 28 Honorable Delegate awards, and 20 Verbal Commendation awards. Congratulations to all the delegates, club leaders, and mentors, for their efforts in bringing out the best in each other in Model United Nations this school year.
