ActionPAKT is an international youth organization with over 1,000 members in 25+ countries, dedicated to educating students about global issues and empowering them to inspire change.
Alex's Lemonade Stand
Alex’s Lemonade Stand is a club dedicated to changing children's lives through impactful research and raising awareness to help cure pediatric cancer and support families with children suffering from cancer. Our club hosts and assists with fundraisers to raise money for the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer. Our goals include informing others about the dangers of harmful treatments for childhood cancer and donating necessary funding.
Amnesty International - Human Rights Club
The Amnesty International - Human Rights Club allows students to join the movement for human rights, learning about and taking action on various human rights issues.
Andrea's Angel
Andrea's Angel honors a former student, Andrea, who passed away from cystic fibrosis. The club raises awareness about cystic fibrosis and funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Arabic Club
The Arabic Club collects food, shoes, and construction equipment to donate to needy communities or countries.
Association for Women in Mathematics
The Association for Women in Mathematics creates a community where women and girls can thrive in their mathematical endeavors, promoting equitable opportunities and treatment of women and others of marginalized genders across the mathematical sciences.
Astronomy Club
The Astronomy Club provides a forum for students interested in space to share and learn more about NASA and space exploration in a fun environment.
Best Buddies
Best Buddies is dedicated to establishing meaningful friendships with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). These friendships help with self-advocacy and communication skills and make individuals with IDD feel valued by society. We visit the Schott community twice a week, spending time with individuals with IDD and creating long-lasting friendships.
BETCHA Club
BETCHA Club (BE THE CHANGE) strives to make a difference by providing volunteers to support the community, creating positive changes through educating, empowering, supporting, and funding various events, causes, and programs to improve and enrich the lives of others.
Big Brother and Big Sister Club
“Bigs” meet with their “littles” at Banyan Elementary School for an hour every Tuesday. We mentor and tutor our matched elementary schooler all year. Service hours are available.
Book Club
Book Club is for those who love reading. Students vote for the book of the month based on monthly genres. They meet prepared to discuss the books and participate in various activities designed to promote a love of reading.

Black Gold and Green educates American Heritage students about the environment and our role in protecting it.
Black Student Union (formerly Progressive Generation)
The Black Student Union is a community dedicated to establishing a safe space on campus for students of color to share their experiences and opinions. At BSU, we celebrate diversity in every aspect and focus on teaching and learning about Black culture.
BLUE Missions
BLUE Missions is an organization that provides clean water and sanitation, mainly to the Dominican Republic. BLUE is dedicated to showing everyone their potential to make a change in the world by connecting it to service. Participants learn about sustainable developments that have helped over 40,000 people gain access to clean water. The process of combating this global crisis aids in cultivating a generation of global citizens through reflection, education, and service-driven travel.
Brazilian Club
The Brazilian Club represents students from Brazil (students don't have to be from Brazil). The club fundraises to provide money and supplies to those less fortunate in Brazil.
Building Blocks
Building Blocks is a club where American Heritage students help students with disabilities, primarily young students on the autism spectrum. The club has an affiliation with the YWCA to facilitate this interaction.
Business & Entrepreneurship Society
Business & Entrepreneurship Society serves as a forum for learning and networking for students interested in business, hosting guest speakers and supporting business competition clubs.
Butterfly Project
The Butterfly Project educates the student body about genocide. The project spans the entire school year, with a fundraiser in November, a Holocaust speaker event in January, a writing and art contest starting in February, and a remembrance ceremony in April that showcases the winners of the writing and art contest.
Care Club
Care Club serves as a branch for CARE, an international humanitarian organization fighting global poverty and world hunger by working alongside women and girls.
Caribbean Student Association
The Caribbean Student Association celebrates and promotes the cultures of Caribbean countries through various activities and events.
Ceramics Guild
The Ceramics Guild is an association of artists who meet to share their interest in clay. The guild fosters a "team" atmosphere among like-minded students who love art.
Chemistry Olympiad Club
The Chemistry Olympiad Club teaches, solves, and debates chemistry problems in preparation for competitions sponsored by the American Chemical Society (ACS).
Chess Club
The Chess Club provides a space for students interested in chess to learn, practice, and play chess with other students casually or competitively.
Chinese Club
The Chinese Club introduces Chinese culture and language. The club also provides Chinese language peer tutoring.
Cinematography Club
The Cinematography Club invites creative students who have a passion for filmmaking to join and engage in the process of writing, producing, and editing films.
Communiteens
Communiteens focus on community service. The club's most popular program is its tutoring project. They have also raised money and collected supplies for many charitable organizations.
Computer Science Honor Society
The Computer Science Honor Society celebrates students’ passion for computing, honors their academic achievements, and promotes community service. To be inducted, students must meet additional requirements, including demonstrating a strong commitment to the core values of equity, service, and excellence, as well as maintaining high academic standards in their computer science coursework.

The Computer Science Society encourages enthusiasm for computer science and promotes and recognizes academic excellence and service among high school computer science students.
Contemporary Music Club
The Contemporary Music Club is dedicated solely to modern music. The club provides opportunities for students to learn about all aspects of contemporary music, from songwriting to the modern music industry. They also offer performance opportunities through events such as performance-based fundraisers and "CMC Nite" performances.
Cover to Cover
Upper students read to Academy K/1 students quarterly. After reading, the students complete an arts and crafts activity. Each reading focuses on a new theme, such as kindness and compassion.
Crochet Club
The Crochet Club is open to students who want to learn how to crochet or already know how to. Members create blankets, toys, or hats for newborns, infants, and kids. All the crochet products are donated to maternity rooms, hospitals, and people in need.
Dance Ensemble
The Dance Ensemble at American Heritage School includes both Jr. Dance Ensemble for grades 6-8 and SH Dance Ensemble for grades 9-12. Students learn different pieces for the Winter and Spring Dance Concerts, culminating in performances. There are no auditions; students are welcome based on their love for dance.
Daniella's Journey
Daniella's Journey was established to honor Danella Foleco's legacy and provide support for children facing similar circumstances. At Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, Daniella's Journey welcomes American Heritage School students to spend time with children, engaging in activities like games, arts and crafts, and tutoring to uplift their spirits during their recovery.
Dead Poets Society
Dead Poets Society (DPS) is an inclusive club for students who love writing and literature. DPS provides a space for reading and discussing literature with a focus on poetry. Club meetings also feature creative writing sessions for sharing and feedback.
DECA
DECA builds writing, speaking, and teamwork skills around key business topics applicable to any business environment. The focus includes business functions (planning, operations, finance, marketing) and industries (manufacturing, hospitality, professional services). DECA offers individual and team competition opportunities and is recognized nationally by college admissions departments.

Diabuddies aims to raise awareness about diabetes and funds for Type 1 Diabetes research to find a cure.
eSports Club
The eSports Club is a space for gaming enthusiasts to compete, organizing school-wide tournaments and fostering a community around gaming.
FALIA - Food Allergy/Intolerance Awareness
FALIA educates about and raises awareness of food allergies and intolerances, addressing issues affecting allergic/sensitive communities.
Fencing Club

First Priority (SH) Chapter
First Priority encourages students to deepen their relationship with God and learn more about Christianity. It provides an environment for students to connect with others interested in faith-related topics, grow spiritually, earn service hours, and more.
Florida Wildlife Conservation Club (FLOWCON)
FLOWCON (Florida Organization of Wildlife Conservation) is dedicated to preserving Florida's ecosystems, protecting endangered species, restoring habitats, and promoting environmental awareness through weekly meetings, fundraising, and field trips.

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) - High School
FBLA builds presentation skills and business knowledge across various areas including business law, eCommerce, IT, graphic design, and more. Students gain mentoring experience and participate in competitions at local, state, and national levels, consistently achieving success in business planning and innovation challenges.
