Save the Memories Club Raised $7,600 for Alzheimer's

The American Heritage Schools, Broward Campus, Save the Memories Club participated in the annual Walk to End Alzheimer's at the beginning of December. The student-led team successfully raised $7,600 to support Alzheimer's care, support, and research, confirming their dedication to important healthcare causes.
A group of approximately 80 participants from the American Heritage community joined the event, contributing to a massive local effort. The walk included a total of 1,941 participants and 323 teams, who together raised an impressive $419,264.

The Walk to End Alzheimer's is the world's largest fundraiser for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research, held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide. By joining this movement, the Save the Memories Club helps the Alzheimer’s Association continue its mission to lead the way in research and family support.
