Model UN Team wins top award for the 3rd consecutive year!

What a way to finish an amazing season for our Model UN Team. After their success in previous conferences, they head off to the National High School Model UN Championship (NHSMUN) in New York City and won the "Award of Distinction".

Our Model UN Team capped off an amazing season by winning the top school award, the "Award of Distinction" at the National High School Model UN Championship (NHSMUN) in New York City. NHSMUN is the National Championship of Model UN, and our school won the top award for the 3rd consecutive year!

26 of our 32 delegates won awards, and 13 won the Best Delegate Award, including all four of our delegates in the two Security Council committees! The Security Council is the most prestigious, difficult, and challenging committee, and, incredibly, we swept all four Security Council committees in all three national conferences - ILMUNC, NAIMUN, and now, NHSMUN. So we're 4 for 4 in Security Council!
