Years at AHS: 23 Most memorable experience at AHS: My favorite tradition at American Heritage is our Celebration of Veterans Day every November. It started the year after I started working here, and I've participated as a teacher, parent, and now, as principal. I have always been proud that my children, my students and my own two daughters, had the opportunity to experience a tradition that honored the men and women who have served our country in the armed forces.

Favorite hobbies outside of school: Reading, cooking, walking, knitting
