Jen Herrera, a Telly Award winning and four time Emmy nominated journalist, has more than 20 years of journalistic experience in South Florida and is the host of the daily NBC 6 show "6 in the Mix”.
Heather Weissman is an experienced marketing and sales professional. She started her career in the entertainment industry at HBO as a marketing professional and then had an opportunity to help launch a new record label.
Ron Hutchins is a multi-award-winning choreographer, writer, and teacher. A native of Cleveland Ohio, he is an alumni of Wright State University (Dance and Professional Actors Training Program). With a strong foundation of Ballet technique, Ron spent countless hours of training in New York at Broadway Dance Center, Steps and Alvin Ailey (summer intensives), The Cleveland Ballet, The Dayton Ballet, and Dayton Contemporary Dance Company (second company).
We want to welcome Brett Scott to our American Center for the Arts Department. Mr. Scott has spent the last nine years as the Director of the High School Theatre Department at North Broward Preparatory School where his shows have twice been selected for Mainstage at Morsani Hall in Tampa at the Florida State Thespian Festival. Most recently, Brett was named the Head of Acting for the prestigious Broadway Theatre Project which was created by Ann Reinking and Deborah McWaters.
