We are proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students at the recent HOSA International Leadership Conference. This prestigious event, highlighting leadership, professional, and technical skills in the health sciences, saw our students from both the Broward and Palm Beach campuses excelling in various categories. 

Academic Testing Center Category:
Anatomy and Physiology: Yevanhelina Porokhniava-Hetman secured 5th place.
Career Development: Anya Pinto clinched 1st place.
Math for Health Professionals: Apollo Lee placed 6th and Rithvik Mari achieved 10th place.

Leadership Category:
Exempt Writing Health Policy: Anya Pinto earned 9th place.
Health Career Photography: Armaan Fattah Patil took 7th place.

Teamwork Category:
HOSA Bowl: Surina Gadh, Gabriela Passaro, Joshua Turner, and Lauren Wong achieved 5th place.
Forensic Science: Deeya Amin and Sarirah Saif secured 6th place.

Health Sciences Category:
Dental Terminology: Dishika Parikh earned 3rd place.
Health Informatics: Sahir Hai placed 5th.
Medical Terminology: Aishwarya Deshpande achieved 6th place.
Pharmacology: Maya Behura secured 3rd place.

Emergency Preparedness Category:
CERT: Naomi Tamura and Patricia Duffy placed 2nd; Sarah Van Laak and Liane Barak earned 3rd place; Noah Duro Andre and Elizabeth Cook took 4th place.

CPR: Lilly Nguyen and Sofia Franklin achieved 8th place; Jaimee Canalejo and Samantha Almonte secured 10th place.

Life-Threatening Situations: Abigail Dinski earned 7th place.
Body Interact: Juliana Smith Flores, Sophia Rost, and Sophia Zou ranked in the Top 15.

Toltech VR system: Carla Del Rio, Gabriel Restrepo, Kangana Modi, and Jeeya Patel won 1st place, earning a VR system; Anneliese Hsiao, Maayan Feldman, Yevanhelina Porokhniava Hetman, Doreen Li earned a 3rd place; Lilly Nguyen, Dishika Parikh, Maya Behura, and Cassia Pedron secured 6th place.

Anatomage Competition Category:
Apollo Lee, Karthik Maddineni, Andres Vidarre, and Rolando Perez earned 3rd place.
