Golf Program Dominates State Championships, with Team Title and Individual Repeat Win

The American Heritage Schools, Broward Campus, Golf Program didn't just compete, they dominated! At the 2025 FHSAA Girls State Golf Championships in Howey-In-The-Hills for Class 2A, the Girls Golf Team powered their way to the ultimate prize, securing the prestigious title of 2A Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) Girls State Golf Champions and adding another major, electrifying victory to the school's storied golf resume.

Under the direction of FHSAA Hall of Fame Coach Brandt Moser, who has led the program since 1985, the team confirmed the school's long history of golf dominance.

Sohan Patel Wins Second Consecutive State Title

In the boys' division, the Patriots finished third overall. Leading the Boys Golf Team was junior Sohan Patel, who captured his second consecutive Class 2A FHSAA Boys Individual State Championship. Sohan played exceptional golf, posting scores of 68 and 69 for a 36-hole total of 137, five under par.

Sohan Patel's consistent excellence on the course led to this impressive repeat victory. He has committed to playing college golf at Vanderbilt University.

The achievements of both the Girls Team and Sohan Patel significantly expanded the success of the American Heritage Golf Program at the 2025 FHSAA State Championships.
