- Animal Welfare: Local animal shelters are often volunteer-driven and require assistance with everything from dog-walking and socializing animals to clerical work and cleaning cages. Connecting with a local facility, such as the Florida Humane Society, Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control, or Tri-County Animal Rescue, is a powerful way to put compassion into action.
- Connecting with Seniors: Assisted living facilities and retirement homes are excellent places for teens to volunteer their time.
