College Tours Schedule 2006-07
TOURS OF COLLEGES THIS FALL

NORTHEAST TOUR:

Thur., Nov. 2 (evening departure) - Mon., Nov. 6 (evening arrival), 2006

Visit Yale, Dartmouth, Brown, Boston College, Harvard, Northeastern, Boston Univ., and Wheaton College

The tour is open to ‘06-’07 sophomores, juniors, and seniors in good academic standing. One school day will be missed, but counted as a “school activity.”

Cost is $959, and includes all transportation, hotels, and most meals. To guarantee a space, a $250 nonrefundable deposit is due immediately, along with the necessary forms. Full payment is due no later than September 13, 2006. Itinerary and registrations forms are available in the Upper School office.

MIDWEST TOUR:

Wed., Nov. 15 (evening departure) - Sun., Nov. 19 (evening arrival), 2006

Visit U. of Chicago, U. Michigan, Northwestern, Purdue, Oberlin, Notre Dame, U. of Illinois, and Wheaton College.

The tour is open to ‘06-’07 sophomores, juniors, and seniors in good academic standing. Two school days will be missed, but counted as a “school activity.”

Cost is $995, and includes all transportation, hotels, and most meals. To guarantee a space, a $250 nonrefundable deposit is due immediately, along with the necessary forms. College Fair Scheduled
Annual College Fair 2006
Thursday, November 2, 1:15-3:45 PM.

Don't miss this event! Representatives from over 100 colleges and universities from around the country will come to talk with both students and parents about academic programs, extracurriculars, admission guidelines and much more. Parents are highly encouraged to attend. This is an opportunity to talk to many college representatives about your child's future options.

All 10th, 11th and 12th graders will attend with their classes during the school day. A 9th or 8th grader must be accompanied by a parent and can attend after school.
College Application Workshop
WE HELP YOU GET ORGANIZED!
August 9, 10 & 11

On August 9, 10 & 11, the College Advisors will be available in the library from 9 - 11 AM to help you get organized, write essays and activity resumes, and finalize your list of colleges. You can even get started filling out applications!
