• Five fully equipped art studios, one darkroom and support classroom, one computer graphics layout and design lab
• Two fully equipped theaters. One theater seats 800 patrons and is a fully equipped proscenium theater with four makeup rooms, a theater design lab and studio, areas dedicated to costume design. Two full-size drama classrooms are located on the second level.
• A black box theater for smaller productions and art exhibits
• A complete dance studio and locker room support facility
• Four main music facilities for band, orchestra, piano lab and chorus, each classroom with practice areas of varying sizes.

This new facility is used by fine arts students at Heritage and Academy, as well as some community events. Stages and classrooms are available to students and faculty at all times for guest speakers or artists.
